You are living in the world.

You have a job, financial responsibilities, people to take care of and relationships to nurture. You experience stress on a daily basis from all the things on your to do list. You also know what it feels like to relax. How do you balance and enjoy these two states of being?

 Meditation is one of our natural states. Our bodies already understand and know how to heal. You have read about how meditation is “good for you.” But you just don’t have the time. You can’t squeeze in any more chores during the day. Maybe you have tried meditation but it just didn’t stick. After 2 weeks you gave up. This is where I come in.

I am a meditation mentor in the Instinctive Style of Meditation. I have been immersed in a daily practice since 2017 and I have fallen back in love with my life. I’m just like you. I experience stress, joys and states of wonder. I used to experience anxiety on a daily basis and now my nervous system is healthy and balanced.  Everyday I enjoy the time I spend with myself. Some days it is 5 minutes and others I spend 1/2 hour enjoying my breath, the natural world or feeling all the sensations in my body. It’s fun and always interesting.

I would love to be your mentor. You will see and feel the benefits immediately, during and after our first session together. We meet online so you can be in the comfort of your own home. It’s convenient. I’m available for early morning sessions or after work sessions.

You are a unique individual and my job as your mentor is to be with you and listen. I listen to you talk about what you love to do, what brings you pleasure and even what thrills you. We build a meditation practice around our discoveries. It’s fun!

Opening the Door

This is a one hour session where we discover your natural doorways into states of relaxation and ease. $80  I will follow up with an email to answer any questions or concerns that may have come up for you.


Jumping into the Waters

Three one hour sessions to begin designing meditation practices just for you. $22o

A one month follow up to see how it is going. Concerns and questions will be addressed.

7 sessions designing 3 mediation practices just for you. These are rooted in what you have shared with me about what you love. $499

This includes a 1 month, 3 month, 6 month and one year follow up.
